What are THOMAS LEE 500 Percale Pima Cotton Sheets Made of?

The fabric is made from 100% Pima cotton that’s grown in the US. The cotton is of long-staple, and the material is woven with percale.

Long-staple fibers mean the sheets will have a high life span, and they won’t pill. Whereas the percale weave will give the fabric a bit sheen, soft and crisp feel on the skin.

Thomas lee sheet is fashioned with 500 thread count, which is mostly used for single-ply. The fine yarn of the sheets is pure and refined since they are not processed with any chemical or toxic substances.

The highly skilled designers used 12 stitches in an inch to give the sheets a classy look.

Our THOMAS LEE 500 Percale Pima Cotton Sheets review

Comfort (7.7/10)

Out of the beautiful package, the sheets feel soft and crisp clean. The fitted sheet clings to our mattress neatly with extra fabrics to tuck under it as well as the generous flat sheet. They are entirely elasticized on the edges, and with enough fabric to tuck in, they stay put on the bed perfectly.

We’ve owned these sheets for like six months, and they haven’t lost their thread, soft feel, and sturdiness even after the weekly wash. The sheets don’t irritate or scratch on the body.

Although they wrinkle after washing, just what is expected from percale weave, but they smoothen out whenever we sleep in them, so it’s not a big deal.

It’s very comfortable to sleep on these crispy sheets that feel like hotel sheets.

Quality (8.1/10)

The fabrics are neither thin nor heavy; they just have a good weight.

After washing them several times, they don’t fade or reduce weight. The sheets’ quality is terrific. We’ve purchased many sheets this year, but this stands the test of time. It’s one of the sheets that doesn’t make us regret ever buying them.

Quality is one of our priorities, and because we know Thomas Lee as a brand that prioritizes quality, we decided to check this product out. Frankly, this product has not disappointed us a bit.

We decided to use the sheets for some months before judging them here, and till now, they are in perfect condition. Hence, the 8.1 score for this product is appropriate.

ECO-Score (8.0/10)

As said before, Thomas Lee is concerned about their consumers’ well-being. That’s why they made these sheets from pure and natural properties. The product was not treated with chemicals or dangerous resins. Likewise, the brand depends on a supply chain that doesn’t apply toxic pesticides or substances that could be harmful to allergies and sensitive skin.

We have been sleeping on the sheets for some months, and we can boldly say that they are not harmful.

Cooling (6.9/10)

Some Pima sheets are only suitable or made for summer, but these sheets are exceptional. They are excellent for all seasons. Sleeping in them in winter was cool, and summer was great too—no sweaty night experience with the sheets.

It regulates the body temperature excellently, and we just love sleeping in them. None of us had any complaint about the breathability of the sheets.

These will be the right pick for you if you are close to menopause or a hot sleeper.

Easy Maintenance (8.0/10)

We washed the sheets twice before use, and that’s the norm for every new sheet. Although it could be done once, we prefer to wash these twice to see if they will shrink. Fortunately, the sheets did not shrink or pill.

We wash them in a machine with cold water, after which we dried them low in the tumbler.

Since percale wrinkles, we ensure they don’t stay a second in the dryer after drying. This idea has been helping us minimize their rate of wrinkles.

The sheets are indeed easy to maintain, and they deserve 8.0 here.

Final Verdict 7.7

Thomas Lee 500 percale Pima cotton sheets are one of the sheets that deserve five stars. This year, we have tested some sheets, and many don’t deserve a single star. So scoring sheets 7.7 in overall performance is not easy to come by, especially now that many brands want to make sales.

These sheets are expensive, no doubt, but they are worth the entire penny. You will not only have peachy night rests but save costs. You may not need to buy another sheet to substitute them except you are keen on prolonging their life span.

These sheets are what you have been searching for to get over the heartbreaks other cheap and inferior sheets have given you.
